Tax invoices and VAT on long-term airport parking bookings

Does airport parking near Suvarnabhumi come with a VAT tax invoice?

Yes. HUB Airport Parking issues a full VAT tax invoice on request for any booking. Listed prices — 549 THB for 3 days, 849 THB for 5 days, 999 THB for 7 days — are before 7% VAT, so if you need a tax invoice for a business trip or expense claim, the final amount you pay will include VAT on top of those figures.

Why this matters if you're parking for 7 days or more

If you're heading overseas for a week, two weeks, or longer — a Europe trip, a work posting, a family visit abroad — the cost of leaving your car somewhere safe adds up fast. At the airport's short-term lot, 7 days runs about 1,750 THB. At HUB, the 7-day package is 999 THB before VAT — that's 143 THB per day, a saving of roughly 43%.

Beyond the price, there's a practical worry that comes with long stays: what happens to your car while you're gone? Sun damage, rain, the possibility that something gets touched or tampered with over 10–14 days. HUB's facility is fully covered indoor parking, which means your car is out of the elements from the moment you drop it off. CCTV runs 24 hours a day, on-site security guards are present around the clock, and — importantly — you keep your own keys. No valet hand-off, no strangers moving your vehicle.

2. At the time of booking (or on arrival), provide your company name, tax ID, and billing address.

3. HUB will issue the tax invoice — useful for corporate travel, freelance clients, or any expense reimbursement.

Payment options include credit card, PromptPay, bank transfer, and cash — all eligible for a formal receipt or tax invoice.

Per-day maths: the longer you park, the less each day costs

For the cautious traveller who does the arithmetic before committing:

| Duration | Package price (excl. VAT) | Per day |

|---|---|---|

| 3 days | 549 THB | 183 THB |

| 5 days | 849 THB | 170 THB |

| 7 days | 999 THB | 143 THB |

| Custom | from 130 THB/day | — |

Most HUB customers don't take a fixed package at all — custom durations start from 130 THB per day before VAT, which gives you flexibility if your return flight shifts. That's a real concern on long international trips, and HUB accommodates it.

For comparison: the airport's long-term lot runs around 140 THB per day — close to HUB on price for the 7-day band. The meaningful difference is that the airport lot is outdoors, while HUB is covered, 7 km and 12 minutes from the terminal, with a free 24/7 shuttle picking you up within 15 minutes. For a two-week stay, indoor parking is worth more than a few baht.

What happens if your return flight changes?

This is one of the most common questions from long-stay travellers. HUB operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The free shuttle runs around the clock. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, contact HUB directly — custom duration pricing means adjustments are straightforward, and you won't be locked into a fixed package that doesn't match your actual travel days.
