A 28-day stay at ฿3,729 + VAT 7% compares to ฿7,000 at the airport's short-term lot (250 THB × 28) — a substantial difference. The airport's long-term outdoor lot runs around 140 THB/day, which is close to HUB on price; the honest difference is that HUB is fully covered and indoors, with a free shuttle included.

For stays of a full calendar month, a monthly rate of ฿2,200 + VAT 7% is available; note that the shuttle is not included in the monthly rate, so factor that in if you use it regularly.

The shuttle and the practical handover

HUB runs a free shuttle 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It picks you up at HUB in about 15 minutes and takes around 12 minutes to reach the Suvarnabhumi terminal. For rotation workers catching early-morning or late-night flights — which is most of them — the fact that the shuttle is always running matters more than the brand of the vehicle.

On return, call or message on LINE and the shuttle comes to you at the terminal. You collect your car exactly as you left it, keys in hand.

Booking a 28-day stay: what to know before you go

Bookings are made at https://hubairportparking.com. The system accepts bank transfer, PromptPay, and credit card — no cash. A VAT tax invoice is available on request, which matters if your employer reimburses the expense.

If your rotation date is confirmed at least 7 days before departure, you save 5% when booking that far ahead. Rotation workers who fly Bangkok Airways also get 10% off until 31 December 2026.
